GeneQuery™ qPCR 芯片試劑盒采用 96 孔板格式的 qPCR 就緒講理論,每個(gè)孔包含一個(gè)引物組的可能性,可以特異性識(shí)別并有效擴(kuò)增靶基因的 cDNA。精心設(shè)計(jì)的引物確保:(i)qPCR分析中的優(yōu)良退火溫度為65°C(含2 mM Mg2+服務為一體,不含DMSO);(ii)除非另有說明問題,否則引物組可識(shí)別靶基因的所有已知轉(zhuǎn)錄本變體;(iii)只有一個(gè)基因被擴(kuò)增。每個(gè)引物組都已通過qPCR和熔解曲線分析和凝膠電泳進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證要落實好。
ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Neural Differentiation Markers qPCR Array Kit (GQH-NDM) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 40 marker genes involved in neural differentiation to specific neural lineages. Brief examples of how included genes may be grouped according to their functions are shown below:
· Immature neuron markers: DCX, NEUROD1, STMN1, TUBB3
· Mature neuron markers: MAP2, NEFH, NEFM, RBFOX3
· Astrocyte markers: GFAP, GLUL, S100B, SLC1A2, S100A6, NFIX, NFIC
· Schwann cell markers: GAP43, MPZ, NCAM1, S100A1, NGFR, EGR2, POU3F1
· Oligodendrocyte markers: CSPG4, MBP, MOG, OLIG1, OLIG2, PDGFRA, SOX10
· Radial glial cell markers: CDH2, FABP7, GFAP, HES1, HES5, NES, PAX6, VIM
· Neuroepithelial cell markers: CDH1, HES1, NES, NOTCH1, OCLN, SOX2
GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg2+, and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
